WHY OUR POLICIES MATTER

Our policies are the foundation of a space where every child is seen, safe, and celebrated. They ensure that our commitment to equity, diversity, and belonging isn't just a promise, but a daily practice in everything we do—from how we play to how we grow together. By setting clear expectations, we create a community rooted in respect and accessible fun for everyone.

All children must be signed in and out directly with an educator, and will only be released to authorized individuals with proper identification. Clear commnication is required for any changes to pick-up arrrangements.

To protect all campers, children must stay home if they show any symptoms of illness and must be picked up promptly if they become unwell during the day. No refunds or credits are provided for illness-related absences.

Camp Just4You operates on a limited-capacity, pre-registration basis; deposits are non-refundable and cancellations are subject to strict timelines. No refunds are provided for missed days, illness, or behaviour withdrawal.

General Policies

Our operational guidelines ensure that every camper and staff member enters a space designed for safety, respect, and boundless joy.

We are committed to a safe, inclusive environment where campers are expected to act with respect, responsibility, and kindness. Behaviour that compromises safety may result in immedicate removal or withdrawal from the program.

Camp ends promptly at 5:15 pm, and late pick-ups are charged at $1 per minute. Repeated late pick-ups or failure to pay fees may result in suspension or withdrawal.

Privacy Policy

At Camp Just4You, we believe that trust is the heart of every great adventure. To keep our camp safe, inclusive, and running smoothly, we collect specific information about our campers and their families. This policy outlines how we handle that data with the utmost care and respect for your privacy.

What Information We Collect
  • Camper names, dates of birth, and gender identity to ensure appropriate program placement and respect for every child.
  • Parent and legal guardian contact information for regular communication and emergency updates.
  • Medical history, allergy details, and accessibility requirements to provide a safe and supportive environment tailored to your child's needs.
How We Use Your Data
  • To coordinate daily program activities and specialized care.
  • To contact you about camp schedules, upcoming events, and specific updates regarding your camper.
  • To comply with health and safety regulations for children's centers in Ontario.
Your Information is Secure

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized staff members who need it to support your camper's experience.

Terms and Conditions

By enrolling your child in any program at Camp Just4You, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure the safety, well-being, and positive experience of every participant in our inclusive community where every child belongs.

1. Participation Agreement

Participation in camp activities involves inherent risks. While we prioritize safety and expert supervision, parents/guardians assume responsibility for their child's physical readiness and consent to their participation in all scheduled camp programs and local outings within Stratford.

2. Conduct and Behavior

We maintain a culture of respect and equity. Behavior compromising the safety of others—including bullying or discrimination—is not tolerated. We reserve the right to remove a participant if their conduct violates these values, ensuring our camp remains a welcoming space for all.

3. Liability and Emergency Care

Camp Just4You and its staff are released from liability for injuries sustained during standard activities. You authorize staff to seek medical treatment in emergencies and agree to be responsible for any associated costs, ensuring your child receives immediate care when needed.

4. Media Release

Unless requested in writing, you grant permission to use photographs and videos of your child for promotional materials. This helps us share the joy of our camp community and celebrate the strengths and diversity of our campers.
